• Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes
• Message & data rates may apply

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moe Legacy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last six (6) months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Springfield, Virginia.

• Severability: If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder will remain in full force.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
