Return and Refund Policy

Because we provide professional, time-based consulting services, we maintain the following cancellation and refund terms:

No Physical Returns: Our services are completely intangible and digital; there are no physical goods to return.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Refund Eligibility:Before work begins: Full refunds are available if requested before any consulting or analysis work has started.After work begins: Completed hours, conducted sessions, or custom reports already in progress are non-refundable.Subscriptions: Retainer subscriptions can be canceled anytime via your payment processor to stop future billing. Past payments are non-refundable.
